What products do you offer?

We offer 100% hand-painted wooden peg dolls. These are great for imaginative play, miniature version, personalized gifts for special occasions, room display, cake toppers, ornaments, keychains or addition to your favorite character collection. Lots of possibilities!

 

Do you accept custom order?

Yes! We can do custom order of your portrait or your loved ones based on your liking. We require clear and detailed photos for reference, so we won't be missing any details. Closeup and full body photos are required to be submitted.

 

How long does it take for a single peg doll to be completed?

It will take 2 to 3 hours just to finish painting a single peg doll, which includes drying the paint before adding another coat. Depending on the complexity of the design, others take 2 to 3 days to finish painting.

After that, we let the paint cure (dry) for 2-3 days before sealing. For sealing, we have to wait for another 3 to 5 hours drying between coats.

This means that a single peg doll will take 4 to 5 days to be fully complete.

 

What is the lead time to order?

We require at least 3 to 4 weeks lead time for custom orders. We don't accept rush orders, as it may affect the quality of our peg dolls.

 

What are the available sizes of the peg dolls?

You may refer to the Size Chart for guide on the sizes each peg doll.

 

What type of paints and sealant do you use?

We use premium quality, non-toxic acrylic paints, and non-toxic sealant for all of the peg dolls. We make sure these materials conform to ASTM D-4236 (US) and EN71 (EU) standards, which mean they have been tested and certified non-toxic and non-hazardous.

 

Are the peg dolls safe for children?

Yes! They are completely safe for children. We only use non-toxic materials that are certified to be safe and non-hazardous. However, we don't recommend them to children under 3 years old or children who still mouth their toys. Please note that peg dolls are not teething toys. Some of the sizes are small that it can be a choking hazard. Adult supervision is strongly advised.

 

Do you offer wholesale?

Unfortunately, we don't offer wholesale prices. Each peg doll is 100% hand-painted and takes a lot of time and effort to finish. But sometimes we will be offering discounts, so please watch out!

 

What do you mean by shop dropping?

Every month there will be dropping of ready-made peg dolls and restock of previous designs. These are ready to ship pieces and happens every 2^nd last Saturday of the month. Follow us on IG @pegsandbeyond for more updates!

 

What will be the theme of the dropping per month?

There will be no specific theme every month, but there will be popular sets and will depend on the occasion for that month. You may check out ready to ship items here.
